ClusterTruck Job Openings

This isn't just a job. It's a career opportunity that could change your life. It's your chance to get in on the ground floor with a company that is going global. If you are hungry for more than a job, join us and be part of the revolution.

ClusterTruck is a delivery-only kitchen that specializes in exceptional quality food, made from scratch and delivered fast. We work in a state-of-the-art kitchen with cutting-edge technology that is revolutionizing the world of food delivery. There are no servers, no front-of-house, and we take great pride in the quality and consistency in our food.

Prep Cooks, Line Cooks

There are several openings for Prep cooks and Line Cooks, both part-time and full-time. Line stations include sauté, flattop, salad and pizza. Part-time positions are available at our Indianapolis location.

ClusterTruck sets high expectations for our cooks in punctuality, adherence to recipes, cleanliness, communication and self-discipline. We take great pride in our product, and seek cooks who will take that same pride to every dish they send out the door. The ClusterTruck kitchen works as a team, so we prefer candidates who are able and willing to contribute in all aspects of kitchen operations. ClusterTruck offers competitive wages and advancement opportunities as the company grows.

ClusterTruck, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate with respect to recruitment, hiring, or any other status of employment on the basis of race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, gender identity, and sexual orientation), national origin, age, disability, genetic information, or any other category protected by law.

Expo

ClusterTruck has openings for delivery coordination, 20 to 35 hours per week. Both roles require a basic understanding of kitchen operations, ability to work positively and efficiently under pressure, impeccable attention to detail and effective time management skills.

The Fulfillment Coordinator knows everything there is to know about the dishes we serve at ClusterTruck, and can instantly spot a single misplaced bean sprout on a Pad Thai. The “Filler” is a team player with uncanny attention to detail who won’t hesitate to call for a missing side of Mexican Rice if it's not right there alongside the burrito in the window.

The Ticket Coordinator gets the ball rolling during a busy lunch, and doesn’t flinch when that unexpected 25-top starts rolling out of the printer. A math whiz, the “Ticketer” knows exactly how many condiments and plasticware will be going in a bag before the chicken wings have even been dropped in the fryer. Don't mess with the Ticketers—they know where you live.

We prefer candidates who show a strong sense of teamwork and confident, compassionate leadership. These are kitchen positions which include evenings and most weekends. Flexible availability is a plus.

General Manager

Ready to take the ClusterTruck revolution to a new market? ClusterTruck is seeking General Managers for upcoming locations across the country. The General Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of ClusterTruck, including the selection and development of hourly employees, regular administrative duties, and monitoring the performance of both hourly employees and independent contractors. He/she will oversee the inventory and ordering of food and supplies, optimize profits and ensure customer satisfaction. In other words, you will do everything you are accustomed to doing in a traditional restaurant setting, but there is no front-of-house—no servers or dining room. We've built a state-of-the-art kitchen, expo, and delivery software and are revolutionizing the delivery space.

Ideal candidates have an advanced understanding of kitchen operations, possess strong attention to detail, and have a desire and enthusiasm to grow with ClusterTruck.
